Cool, comfortable canvas uppers are coated to resist stains and follow the natural contours of the foot. Comfort features include a roomy toe box, a non-allergenic vegetable tanned leather sockliner that evaporates perspiration and a generously padded instep. Dansko's patented outsole carries the seal of acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association. 1 1/4" heel.
Fit Tip: Your heel should lift up and down with every step. This is part of the famous Dansko fit. Think of the perfect fit as a "pinkie width" between your heel and the back of the shoe. This space at the back of the heel allows your foot to move naturally when walking and keeps your toes from hitting the front of the shoe. The Dansko Professional is sized according to European (EU) whole size standards.
