Very soft material and I like the way the v-neck covers my chest, so i don't have to wear a T-Shirt under. Running in the Emergency Department you can over heat quick.

Fabric is very soft, feels almost like flannel. Sizes run big. The Koi brand logo on the front is stitched in the most inconvenient location, the first day I wore the shirt, the logo caught a door handle and ripped halfway off with a hole in the front of the scrubs so I can't return. Hunter Green is a very bright green, think Christmas green, not olive green like the website pictures. Front pockets are big, makes the stomach area fluff out. Sleeve pocket is handy for my company's ID badge.
