Scrubs & Beyond now offers shipping into Canada via Smart Post (a collaboration between Fed Ex and the Canadian Postal services). All orders for Canada must be placed through our Customer Service Center at 1-866-947-5707 (toll free in Canada) 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Here is some additional information for our Canadian customers: How do I place a Canadian bound order? Q: How do I place a Canadian bound order? A: Simply call toll free any time 1-866-947-5707 to place your order with one of our Customer Service agents. Currently, we are unable to take your Canadian order online. (Back to Top) Q: How much duty do you charge on Canadian orders? A: Determining your duty rates depends on many factors (Product, Country in which the product was manufactured, etc.). Our Customer Service agent will be able to calculate the duty so you will know the exact charges before you buy, and no further charges will be collected upon delivery. (Back to Top) Q: How much tax will I be charged on my orders? A: The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. Please refer to the following chart to determine the relevant rate for you. Rates are subject to change from time to time and current rates will be used when you place your order.

(Back to Top) Q: What happens if an item I want is backordered? A: We try to have every item in stock. Occasionally, we experience backorders on popular items. Rest assured - your credit card will not be charged until the back-ordered item is shipped from our US facility. The shipping charges for your entire order will also be pro-rated across multiple shipments in an order, so that you will not pay shipping charges for items that you have not yet received. A:Your credit card will be billed once your order ships from our US facility. You will not be charged for any items that are backordered until they ship. (Back to Top) Q: What exchange rate is applied to my orders? A:All orders are calculated in US dollars and no exchange rate is applied. (Back to Top) Q: How do I track my order? A:Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. A:Scrubs & Beyond gladly accepts returns or exchanges on items that have not been worn, washed, altered, or embroidered up to 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return shipping and handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable. Canadian Return Instructions 1. Please contact Scrubs & Beyond at 1-866-947-5707 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm CST) and provide the following information: • Order Number (located on front of your Packing Slip),2. Our representative will give you the exact value of your credit for the returned item(s). You will be credited for the merchandise value and any related duties and taxes, less return shipping and handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable. 3. Next, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and a return address to which to ship your item(s) back. Please fill out the Reason for Return section on the reverse side of your original packing slip. 4. Place the item(s) for return, a copy of the original Packing Slip and the completed Reason for Return chart in the original shipping packaging. 5. Ship your return package to us at: Scrubs & Beyond – Returns, 301 Sonoco Drive, Louisiana, MO 63353. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD's on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Send return along with completed Return & Exchange form via insured prepaid Canada Postal to: Scrubs & Beyond -ReturnsAll Canadian returns MUST receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Scrubs & Beyond. We will NOT be able to provide refunds for items sent to us without receiving authorization prior to shipping returns to us. Packages sent without an RMA will be returned to sender. A:We encourage our Canadian customers to take advantage of all Scrubs & Beyond sales, discounts and offers. All sales, promotions, and discounts are available EXCEPT: any free/reduced shipping and handling and "Save X dollars/percent off your order" promotions. Due to the complexities of cross-border shipping, we will calculate the total cost of your order, including shipping rates in US dollars as part of the Canadian checkout process. No weekend/holiday delivery available. Monogram orders require additional processing time. Direct Shipping When necessary, select items may be shipped separately, direct from the manufacturer.
