Q: How do I place an international order?
A: Scrubsandbeyond.com has partnered with a trusted company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add the items that you wish to our purchase in our shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards ,PayPal, Money Gram, bank wire transfers, Alipay or other local payment options. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Q: Why do I keep getting the Zip Code verification error with my Credit Card, and what should I do?
A: The Zip Code verification checks that the Zip Code you enter with your credit card information is the Zip Code that your bank has on record for your Credit Card. This check is to help prevent unauthorized people using your credit card to shop on-line. This security check is for your benefit, but sometimes it can be a nuisance. If you keep getting the Zip Code error, even when you are entering the correct Zip Code, it is probable that your bank is not on-line with our credit card processing system. In this case it is not that your Zip Code is incorrect, it is that we are not getting a response from your bank, and our system requires a positive verification before allowing the order to go through. What to do: First ensure your Zip Code is correct (Have you moved recently? Is the credit card statement sent to a different address?). If you are still having the problem, try a different credit card. If you are using Visa, try a MasterCard, for example. Q: What US shipping methods are available?
A: We offer the following options for US guests:

- Standard Ground Allow for normal shipping time of up to 10 business days.
- Premium Ground Allow for normal shipping time of 3-5 business days. Not available for Alaska & Hawaii.
- 2nd Day & Next Day In-stock order placed before 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday are expected to ship same day and be delivered 2nd or next business day depending on the service selected (These services are not available in all areas.)

No weekend/holiday delivery available.

Embroidery adds 2-3 business days to delivery time.

Direct Shipping When necessary, select items may be shipped separately, direct from the manufacturer. If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment. Sorry, embroidery is not available on direct ship items.

A: Your US Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Sales tax is collected if delivery is made in the states that we have stores. Q: If my selection is "backordered", what happens?
A: Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out-of-stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via e-mail with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 3 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, and you will not be charged for the item until it is ready to ship. If you have ordered more than one item and any of those items are on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You are billed only once for shipping and processing at the beginning of your order.

Q: How do I use the Prepaid Label that was enclosed with my order?
A: For your convenience we have enclosed a prepaid shipping label in all shipments. If you choose to use our self-addressed prepaid label, a $7.99 charge will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Please fill out the exchange form, which is the opposite side of your invoice, and include with item(s) being returned/exchanged. You may take the package to your local USPS for delivery to the S&B Returns Department. If you decide to use a different shipping service for returning your item(s), we strongly recommend you obtain tracking information to ensure the delivery of your package.

Q: I lost my packing slip. What information do you need for my return?
A: If you've lost your packing slip, call us at 1-866-972-2849 for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above. Don't forget to include your order number with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: We process all returns upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the shipping method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Q: Do you offer embroidery?
A: Yes, Scrubs & Beyond offers a full-service Embroidery Department including the creation of custom logos. All items online which have embroidery available will be noted on the item page. After selecting the embroidery option, you will be guided through the step by step process to specify the details of the embroidery you want. Embroidery services are provided at an additional charge of $4.99 line for the first line and $2.99 for additional lines. Standard logos start at $6.99 and custom logos require an initial set up fee of $50.00. Most embroidered items are delivered within 7-14 business days and require 1-2 additional business days for order processing.

Q: Do you offer engraving?

Q: What if I do not know my size?
A: If you do not know your size, use our size chart. When measuring, keep the tape straight and snug, but not tight. Our size charts show average measurements and corresponding size. Use them as a general rule. Scrubs & Beyond brings you uniforms from many top brands, so sizes may vary. Our uniform fashion consultants can help you choose the correct sizes. Q: Do you offer Tall, Petite, or Plus Sizes?
A: Yes we do. Many of our scrub tops run from XS to 5XL, and many of our scrub pants come in Petite, Short, and Tall sizes, however it varies by product; please see the product detail page for the available size ranges for the product you are interested in. Loyalty Program – Life Uniform Rewards

Q: What is your Loyalty Rewards Program? And how do I sign up?
A: The Life Uniform Rewards program recognizes and values you as a customer for shopping with us in Scrubs & Beyond stores. You earn coupons for purchases made in stores. You can enroll at any Life Uniform store. Use the store locator to find a store nearest you.

Q: How does it work?
A: Receive a $10 Rewards coupon each time you accumulate $200 on in-store purchases - less any returns - that are registered to your member account. Coupons may be redeemed in stores only.

  • 10% off selected merchandise - Save 10% off regular price hosiery and socks, every day.
  • Members Only Events - Members will be invited to member-only special sales events twice per year.
  • Sneak peeks at new merchandise - Members will be invited to sneak previews of new arrivals in stores and catalogs.
  • Early Notification of specials - Members receive first notification of all internet specials via e-mail.

Q: Are there special program rules?
A: There are general guidelines which must be met:

  • Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. (State laws may vary)
  • Membership is non-transferable.
  • Membership is not available in conjunction with commercial, wholesale, and other pricing arrangements as determined by Scrubs & Beyond Management.
  • Life Uniform and Scrubs & Beyond associates, employees, and representatives are not eligible to participate in this program.
  • Reward coupons are non-transferable and expire on date shown.
  • Coupons are good solely for discounts on future Life Uniform purchases, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash or gift certificates.
  • Only original Rewards coupons are acceptable; no photocopies or duplicates will be accepted.
  • Member acknowledges that no payment has been given for any Reward coupon, and that such coupons are granted by Life Uniform purely as a promotional reward.
  • Scrubs & Beyond reserves the right to void all accumulated purchases associated with any member account if the member fails to use the membership account for a period of 12 consecutive months. Upon re-enrollment, a new member card and number will be issued, and activated on the enrollment date.
  • Lost or stolen membership cards must be replaced by calling 1-866-652-6370, and requesting a replacement. Members will have to provide the member number and identification verification in order to receive a replacement card. Upon verification of identification, any purchases registered will be transferred to the new card.

  • By joining LU Rewards, the member agrees to the program rules that are in force. Members agree to view current Member Benefits and Program Rules below or they can request a printed copy by calling 1-866-652-6370.
