US Return Information
We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 60 days of receipt. For your convenience we have over 140 retail stores nationwide where you may return item(s) for an exchange or refund. Click here to find the location nearest you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid. COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will not be charged shipping and processing for the exchanged item(s).

For your convenience we have enclosed a prepaid shipping label in all shipments. If you choose to use our self-addressed prepaid label, a $7.99 charge will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Please fill out the exchange form, which is the opposite side of your invoice, and include with item(s) being returned/exchanged. You may take the package to your local USPS for delivery to S&B Returns Department. If you decide to use a different shipping service for returning your item(s), we strongly recommend you obtain tracking information to ensure the delivery of your package.
US LOST PACKING SLIP
If you've lost your packing slip, call us at 1-866-972-2849 for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above. Don't forget to include your order number with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.
US WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
For fastest service, call us at 1-866-972-2849 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.
If item is returned in new condition within 60 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 1-866-972-2849 and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.
