For twenty years, Scrubs & Beyond has served our Healthcare community. Today, our community deserves the support and resources to protect every aspect of your wellbeing - both on the off the job.
As a community, we can address:
- Ongoing healthcare workforce shortages
- Excessive burnout
- Distressing work environments
- Undetected and untreated emotional, psychological and even physical stress and trauma
Starting now, we will fund solutions that directly impact your mental health and wellbeing.
As a start, we pledge to raise a minimum $250,000 through July of 2023, to help bring real and timely solutions to life.
How, you ask? By creating easy ways to contribute. That means all of us, including: our corporate leadership and employees, brand partners working alongside us in the healthcare industry, and you, our community of healthcare professionals who tell us every day that something's got to give.
Don't worry, 100% of all donations will directly benefit select nonprofit organizations dedicated to eliminating workforce burnout and promoting positive systemic change in our healthcare system.
