The Dory Bistro Apron was created in collaboration with Chef Dave Krog and his wife and business partner, Amanda Krog. Together, Chef Dave and Amanda own and operate Dory Restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee. We leaned on Amanda’s expertise to design the ideal bistro apron for FOH staff. The end result is a sleek, modern, and durable canvas bistro apron that coordinates perfectly with the Dory Chef's Apron.
