We strive for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 60 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores or online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.

SHIP YOUR RETURN: PRE-PRINTED RETURN LABEL

To ship your return using a pre-printed label from our website, please follow the below instructions. A return fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your return amount.

MEMBER RETURN


  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders">
  3. Click "View Order" for the order that you wish to make a return
  4. Click "Create FedEx Return Label"
  5. Click "Create Labels"
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “PDF” to download the label to your computer
  7. Print the label and affix it to the outside of your return package. Please make sure to include a return form in your package so that we know which order to apply the refund.

GUEST RETURN


  1. Find your order
  2. Click "Create FedEx Return Label"
  3. Click "Create Labels"
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “PDF” to download the label to your computer
  5. Print the label and affix it to the outside of your return package. Please make sure to include a return form in your package so that we know which order to apply the refund.

You can return the package by placing it in your outgoing mailbox, placing it in a USPS collection box, dropping it off at the post office, or dropping it off at a FedEx location. To find a drop-off location near you, please visit usps.com or fedex.com.


We suggest that you keep a copy of the shipping label for reference.

SHIP YOUR RETURN: CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE

If you wish to return your order via another carrier, please include a completed return form and ship your package to:

We recommend that you insure your shipment and keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.


REFUNDS

We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your account the day we process your return. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be shipped, processed, and credited to your account.
