RETURNS

We strive for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 60 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores or online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.

SHIP YOUR RETURN: PRINT LABEL ONLINE ($8.95)

To ship your return: include a return form in your package and affix a shipping label to the outside of the package (see below instructions on how to generate a pre-paid label). A shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.

MEMBER RETURN

  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click "View Order" for the order that you wish to make a return
  4. Click "Create FedEx Return Label"
  5. Click "Create Labels"
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "PDF" to download the label to your computer

GUEST RETURN


  1. Find your order
  2. Click "Create FedEx Return Label"
  3. Click "Create Labels"
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “PDF” to download the label to your computer

We suggest that you keep a copy of the shipping label for reference.

For the most convenient method, simply place the package in your outgoing mail. You may also drop the package off at a USPS collection box, post office, or FedEx location. To find a drop-off location near you, please visit usps.com or fedex.com. Please use the initial packaging for your return shipment – excessive packaging may incur additional charges.

We recommend that you insure your shipment and keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.


REFUNDS

We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After we receive and process your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
