Scrubs & Beyond Student Ambassador ProgramTerms, Conditions & Program GuidelinesProgram OverviewThe Scrubs & Beyond Student Ambassador Program is designed to partner with passionate healthcare students who genuinely love healthcare, clinical life, and sharing their educational journey. Through authentic content and community engagement, ambassadors help introduce fellow students to scrubs and accessories that support them throughout their healthcare education.Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship. Ambassadors participate as independent brand representatives and content creators.

Ambassador EligibilityApplicants must:
  • Be currently enrolled in a healthcare-related educational program.
  • Have a public Instagram account.
  • Be passionate about healthcare and their education journey. 
  • Be comfortable creating and sharing social media content.
  • Have a genuine interest in Scrubs & Beyond products and mission.
  • Demonstrate positive engagement and professional online behavior.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5,000+ followers on Instagram.
  • Consistent content creation.
  • Strong content quality and audience engagement.
Applicants with fewer than 5,000 followers may still be accepted based on content quality, creativity, and alignment with the brand.Eligible programs include, but are not limited to:

Ambassador BenefitsAccepted ambassadors will receive:Product Benefits
  • One (1) complimentary Kindthread-brand scrub set per academic semester (every six (6) months). Eligible brands include Landau, White Cross, and Beyond Scrubs.
  • Exclusive thirty percent (30%) discount on eligible Kindthread-brand purchases during the term of the partnership. Discount is limited to three (3) uses per academic semester and applies only to eligible Kindthread-brand products.
Approximate ambassador benefit value:$60–$120 per semester, excluding additional promotional opportunities and gifts.Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Content RequirementsTo receive and maintain ambassador benefits, ambassadors must complete content obligations for each complimentary scrub set received.Product-for-Content ExchangeWithin 30 days of receiving a scrub set:
  • One (1) Instagram Reel.
  • One (1) Instagram Story/Feed Post featuring the product.

Professional StandardsAmbassadors represent both themselves, Scrubs & Beyond, and the healthcare profession.All content must:
  • Be respectful and professional.
  • Reflect positively on healthcare education.
  • Be authentic and truthful.
  • Follow all applicable school, university, and clinical site policies.
  • Comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
Ambassadors must not:
  • Share patient information.
  • Photograph or film patients.
  • Disclose confidential clinical information.
  • Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
  • Make false claims about products.
  • Present themselves as licensed healthcare professionals if they are not licensed.
  • Misrepresent their relationship with the brand.
Any violation may result in immediate removal from the Program.

Social Media Disclosure RequirementsWhenever promoting Scrubs & Beyond products, ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with the brand.Acceptable disclosures include:
  • #BrandAmbassador
  • #Sponsored
  • #Partner
  • #Ad
  • Student Ambassador for Scrubs & Beyond
Disclosures must be visible and comply with applicable advertising regulations.

Content Usage RightsBy participating in the Program, ambassadors grant Scrubs & Beyond a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
  • Repost ambassador content.
  • Share content across social media channels.
  • Use content in digital advertising.
  • Feature content on the company website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
The ambassador retains ownership of original content.

Program Review & PerformanceAmbassador participation is reviewed each semester (every 6 months).Performance considerations include:
  • Completion of content requirements.
  • Content quality.
  • Professional conduct.
  • Brand alignment.
  • Community engagement.
Failure to meet participation requirements may result in:
  • Suspension of benefits.
  • Removal from the Program.
  • Ineligibility for future ambassador opportunities.
Contract Term: This Agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) semester, defined as a period of six (6) months. Upon expiration of each semester, this Agreement shall terminate unless renewed in writing by both parties for an additional six (6) month semester.

Ambassador Code of ConductAmbassadors are expected to:
  • Act professionally online and offline.
  • Treat others respectfully.
  • Promote a positive healthcare community.
  • Maintain integrity and honesty.
  • Support fellow students and healthcare professionals.
The Company reserves the right to remove ambassadors whose conduct may negatively impact the brand's reputation.

TerminationScrubs & Beyond may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without cause. Some causes for termination may include:
  • Failure to complete required content.
  • Violation of Program policies.
  • Unprofessional behavior.
  • Misrepresentation of the brand.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Ambassadors may voluntarily leave the Program at any time by providing written notice.

Program ModificationsScrubs & Beyond reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Program, benefits, requirements, or rewards at any time without prior notice.Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Program terms.

Brand Tagging & Content Submission RequirementsTo ensure content can be viewed, shared, and tracked, ambassadors must tag and mention Scrubs & Beyond in all required ambassador content.Required tagging includes:
  • Tag @scrubsandbeyond in all Instagram Feed Posts.
  • Tag @scrubsandbeyond in all Instagram Reels.
  • Tag @scrubsandbeyond in all Instagram Stories.
  • Use any designated campaign hashtags provided by the brand.
  • Ensure posts remain public for a minimum of 90 days after publication.
Ambassadors must submit links or screenshots of completed content within seven (7) days of posting through the designated ambassador portal, email, or reporting form.Failure to properly tag the brand or submit content may result in the content not qualifying toward ambassador requirements.By tagging and mentioning Scrubs & Beyond, ambassadors acknowledge that the brand may engage with, repost, share, or feature the content across its marketing channels in accordance with the Program's Content Usage Rights policy.
